The “Sterling Youth Soccer Association” is updating it's name and logo.
As the oldest and the original youth soccer club in Loudoun County, this refresh was long overdue, and we are happy to share that the Sterling Youth Soccer Association - or SYSA - will now be known as “Sterling Soccer Club”.
As you can see, we have created a brand new logo to match, and will be launching an updated website before the fall season begins. Look for our new website announcement in the upcoming weeks.
Nothing formal has changed in our structure or mission. We will continue the legacy of serving the communities of Eastern Loudoun County with access to affordable, fun, and educational soccer programs.
Has the organization of the club itself changed?
No, we are not changing the club, just adjusting the logo and name.
What is the name of the new club?
The former Sterling Youth Soccer Association - or SYSA - will now be known as “Sterling Soccer Club”.
Will there be a change in players uniforms?
Yes, there will be new uniforms for both recreation and travel teams for the Fall 2018 season. The new uniform kits and pricing information can be viewed here.
Please contact Tara Koehler, our club administrator, if you have any question or need more information on the uniform change.
Do we have new strategic partners?
While we’ve struck up a strategic partnership with our Fairfax County neighbors in Great Falls - Reston Soccer (“GFR”), we are still an independent soccer club operating under the same structure as before.
