AGE/EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES:  Before you sign up for games, please be sure to refer to the age/experience guidelines on page 1 of the Policies and Procedures document posted below, and/or follow personal guidance you may have received from the referee Assignor or Mentor.    

OTHER REMINDERS:  1) Refer to page 9 of the Policies and Procedures document posted below for the online reporting procedures, as well as the "Online Reporting Instructions" below.  2) Pay close attention to game times and field locations to avoid scheduling conflicts.

SYSA Fall 2011 Referee In Training (Ref-IT) Program
Mandatory Training on August 22

Sterling Youth Soccer Association invites its players to an introduction to soccer refereeing with the continuation of a unique Jr. Referee program called Referee In Training (Ref-IT). This is an SYSA in-house program designed to offer young players an opportunity to experience refereeing and decide whether they want to pursue formal certification as a USSF Referee.
